Project Overview
Training is an internal platform used by Training Department to manage participant enrolments for corporate training sessions. Employees receive invitations via email and can register for specific sessions. The platform helps Training teams oversee attendance, status updates, and key administrative tasks related to each participant.

Objective
The goal of this redesign was to improve usability and visual hierarchy, reduce cognitive load, and modernise the user interface for faster decision-making. The old interface was cluttered, text-heavy, and lacked clarity in status indicators, making it harder for the Training team to quickly act on participant data.
Problem and Solution
Problem
Outdated and dense UI made navigation slow and visually overwhelming
Poor use of white space and inconsistent components caused confusion
Lack of clear status indicators made it hard to track participant progress at a glance
Important actions were hidden or not easily accessible
Solution
Created a cleaner, more spacious layout with improved visual structure
Introduced consistent iconography and colour-coded status indicators
Added clear action buttons and grouped functionalities for better efficiency
Prioritised readability and clarity in table rows, filters, and action menus
Ensured the design remains scalable for longer lists and bulk actions
