This project involved redesigning the internal HR platform used to manage all consultants in the company. The tool is central to organizing events, tracking satisfaction, managing consultant data, and assigning responsibilities across departments. My role was to rethink the UI/UX of the platform to improve usability, clarity, and efficiency.

Modernize the interface and streamline the user experience for HR managers and team leads who interact daily with a large volume of consultant-related data and tasks.
Problem and Solution
The previous interface was cluttered, visually outdated, and lacked visual hierarchy. Key actions like assigning tasks or tracking monthly events were difficult to locate and use efficiently. Information was dense and poorly organized, causing friction in daily operations and higher risk of errors.
Solution
I led the redesign of the platform with a focus on usability, accessibility, and clarity. Key improvements included:
A cleaner layout with improved spacing and visual hierarchy
Clearer status indicators (e.g., "Not Assigned", "Done")
Simplified data views and filtering options
A modern color scheme that supports better focus and faster scanning
Improved navigation structure and sidebar interaction
