Project Overview
This project is part of an internal backoffice platform used to manage the organizational structure of a company. As a UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for designing the Group Management feature, a tool that allows admins to create, edit, and manage member groups across different departments (e.g., Digital, HR, Finance).

Objective
To provide a clean and intuitive interface that enables managers to organize and assign team members to relevant groups quickly and without friction. The goal was to simplify the internal management of department structures while maintaining scalability and clarity.
To provide a clean and intuitive interface that enables managers to organize and assign team members to relevant groups quickly and without friction. The goal was to simplify the internal management of department structures while maintaining scalability and clarity.
Problem and Solution
Before this feature, the platform lacked a centralized way to view and control which users belonged to which teams or departments. Managing permissions, responsibilities, and organizational visibility was scattered and manual, leading to inefficiencies, errors, and duplicated effort from HR and IT teams.
Solution
I designed a dedicated section within the backoffice for Group Management, with a focus on:
A clear and searchable list of all existing groups and their members
Easy creation and editing of groups with role assignment (Owner, Member)
Simple UI for adding/removing members
Scalable and clean layout that aligns with the platform’s overall design system
Real-time feedback and clear action confirmation (e.g., Save, Cancel, Delete icons)
This feature improved internal management flows, reduced overhead, and gave managers more control over their teams without the need for IT intervention.
